Key Process and Temperature Control Products      

The 6100+ updates our popular 6100 controller. With its improved interface, technical functionality and field flexibility, the West 6100+ is not only backwards compatible with the 6100, but provides a range of new features.	West 6100+: 1/16 DIN Universal Input Process/ Temperature Control. This control has the best price performance ratio in the industry. It's unique modular construction allows the addition of low cost options at any time. It's simplistic operator interface is preferred by most operators. Also available as a FM approved High Limit series 6700. West has one of the most economical approved high limits in the industry. All models available with numerous options including retransmit (recorder output) multiple alarms, and the lowest cost RS485 communications in the industry. 	West 6500: Lowest cost 1/16 DIN Digital Temperature Control. This is likely the lowest cost 1/16 microprocessor based control in the industry. It is also the easiest to use. There is no operator adjustments to the PID parameters. A proprietary algorithm adjusts the parameters for you. This control is suitable for packaging, heat-only plastics applications and other processes with similar control characteristics. One alarm is available as an option. ISE can configure this control for J, L, T, K N thermocouples and PT-100 RTD's
	West 6600: 1/16 DIN Universal Input Temperature Control with Secondary AC Current Input. This control includes all the standard features of the 6100 plus the addition of heater break alarm. This control also has the ability to display heater amperage along with the process temperature eliminating the need for ammeters. The optional alarm will activate on a partial (or complete) heater failure. In addition alarm will activate if current is flowing to heater when the control's output is off. Also available as a FM approved High Limit series 6700. We have one of the most economical approved high limits in the industry. The 4100+ updates our popular 4100 controller. 	West 4400: Ramp/Soak 1/4 DIN Universal Input Process Control. This is a full feature ramping control. It's modular construction allows options to be easily added at any time. The control has the ability to store up to 8 recipes of up to 16 segments of ramps and dwells. It allows for linking recipes for longer programs. Up to (2) alarms and (4) internal event outputs are available. A real time clock is also available. The West 4400 Configurator Program really sets this product apart for customers requiring many recipes. This program allows the user to program the ramps and dwells via an IBM compatible program by simply pulling a graphic display of the profile that you desire and then down loading to the control. Communications is not required to use this user friendly accessory program for West has a basic dedicated communications port on all their newer models. 	Commander Supervisory Software Provides complete graphing, data logging, documentation, recipe capabilities and more for up to 128 loops of control.  Setpoints and PID parameters can be set, documented and stored from the computer.  Very easy to set up and use. 	Watlow 935: 1/32 DIN Universal Input Process Control. If space is at a premium you can't beat this control. At approximately 3/4" X 1-3/4" this single display control has most of the features of controls that are much larger. This control is the lowest cost solution on many applications.
	Watlow 93: 1/16 DIN Universal Input Process Control. This control is a new design.  It plugs into existing series 965 housings.  It is significantly less expensive than the 965.  This control is recommended for all new applications where the 965 would normally be used. 93 Series Process Control
