Help with Adobe pdf files
1) General Information
Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) is the open de facto standard for electronic document distribution worldwide. Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. Adobe PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe Acrobat® Reader® software.

Sometimes, especially with some of our larger documents and slower internet connections people have reported difficulties with opening a document file. The typical symptom is a blank page is displayed instead of the requested document.
This procedure should allow you to download the document to your local hard drive instead of opening it over the internet:
- Right Click on the link for the document that you are requesting.
- Click Save Target as...
- Select a location on your computer that you want to save the document. You should note the location that you are saving the document and the name of the file so that you can find it later. Many people like to save documents to their Windows desktop for ease of finding it later.
- Click Save. The document will be downloaded to your computer.
- After the document is downloaded find the document on your computer and double click it. It should now open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
We can also fax or email any literature upon your request. Click the email link below to request the desired literature.
